Christmas gifts always make me happy. They are even better when I‘m not expecting them. Especially when we talk about fine food surprises, that fruit and saffron jams and pure saffron. Oh what a great surprise! When my dear friend Olivia came in the bar where we had an appointment with a small paper bag in her hands, I realized immediately that in that bag there was something that I would madly love.
